Follow the misadventures of the Norse gods during their elementary school days as All-Father Odin and his wife Frigg constantly have their hands full with youngsters Thor (the super strong runt of the litter), Loki (the god of mischief who likes to play with dolls), Balder (the invulnerable pretty boy), Hod (the blind god of darkness and winter), Hermod (the hyper super speedster) and Tyr (the pacifist god of war). Life in a dysfunctional family of gods is bad enough, but they still have to deal with classic and new Norse troublemakers--trolls, giants, substitute teachers from Hel and a reanimated revenge-seeking eyeball.

Was well written with an absurdist viewpoint. Great characterization and we'll plotted. I want more. Great job. Nothing else to sayProduct details

Brathalla Volume One eBook Jeffery Stevenson Seth Damoose Anthony Lee Reviews
I was shown this series by a good friend and once I started reading I couldn't get enough. I still can't get enough. I'm always re-reading them. This book is awesome!
I love to read webcomics, and this one is a fun and unique one. Not only do we see the Norse gods in a new way, as young adults, we also get a fair dose of accurate mythology. But don't expect a dry academic paper, this brings the funny. The drawings are fun and playful, and it's great seeing some previous b&w only strips in full color.
I've enjoyed the Comic since it came out. The Norse Pantheon reduced to Children now cared for by Odin and Frigg is superb. The banter between Greco-Romans and the Norse Gods and Godlings is hilarious.
I am really Really waiting for Book II to come out. It's a **must** buy!!
Boring, and the references to necrophilia were enough to piss me off. I had already read a majority of it as a category for a summer reading program. Every minute I spent trying to read it (it was very hard to read the small words even on my laptop) was a minute of my life wasted. I would give it less than one star if it were possible for everything but the artistr. The artistry was good, but the storyline was stupid.
Absolutely one of the funniest things I've read in a very long time.
I loved Brat-halla when I first read it on the Internet and was so happy to see it in book format. Loved it then and still love it now.
