I love the 80/20 diet and I've been using the recipes from Theresa's website for a couple of years now since after having my daughter. It is those recipes and the information she includes with them that I credit with being the healthiest and slimmest I had ever been and better still with falling pregnant so incredibly easily the second time (our first pregnancy before i discovered the healthy chef had been fraught with infertility problems despite me being a healthy weight). I bought the book after giving birth to my second and wanting to return to my prepregnancy weight as healthily as I could and I'm well on my way there. Its got added ideas and insights that the website doesnt and my husband and my toddler love the recipes too so it's a total win win.Product details

Great recipes - not a bad one in there. Healthy food and tasty food made easy. Such a common sense approach. Love it!
As with anything that Teresa Cutter releases, this book is fantastic. I loved the Christmas recipes, they saved me from the usual weight gain that normally follows Xmas gluttony. I can't wait for her next book. I highly recommend this book to anyone that wants to change to, or already lives a healthy lifestyle.

Great all round advice!!!! This is something that everybody can follow whether you want to eat sensibly, exercise effectively or both. Great read!!!
I gave myself a week to get bored with this eating pattern. Not a chance! Teresa's recipes are varied,easy,and best of all tasty. For months I had skipped lunch, pretended I was too busy, felt rotten by the end of the day, and then gorged on junk on the way home due to a dizzy head.
Well, I have found such joy with Teresas recipes, that I have kept her recipes on my computer as a screen saver.I do not feel hungry on the way home from work, actually purchased an amazing peach whilst doing the shopping as a snack, instead of a bag of chocolate and a sausage roll!
I have made her muesli, varied that with smoothies for Breakfast. Her Satay Chicken is guilt free and my carnivore husband couldn't beleive how tasty it was. The variety of recipes are numerous and varied.
My bread obsession has been curbed, my salad, and vegetable consumption is off the scale, and all because Teresa makes food taste good, but in an intelligent and healthy way.
Soup.. I made a batch of the chunky vegetable, froze it, and have consumed it for four out of five days at work, for lunch. so tasty.
Teresa, I can now understand why your book was considered the best in the UK.

Apart from the recipes, Teresa gives sound, exercise advice. At the beginning of the book, Teresa talks about nutrition in detailed, but not boring terms.Explains ways to shop and stock your pantry.And how to adjust known recipes with healthier alternatives.
